Returns of products/merchandise at the expense of the Company

Return of products or merchandise at the expense of the Company is accepted only in the following cases: In all cases in which the order was executed incorrectly due to the fault of the Company (error during order receipt, invoicing or shipping). In this case, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product/merchandise in the first place. Products/merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, sealed, complete, unused and undamaged and in their original packaging.

The Company makes every reasonable effort to deliver the product you ordered which will have the agreed properties and without real defects in accordance with Article 534 of the Civil Code. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective product or if any other problem occurs with the products, the Company must replace those defective products.

The user must inform in writing by sending an email to info@grassluxuryturf.com within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the defective products. Defective products must be returned to the Company immediately to prove the user’s claim. Any shipping costs for the replacement of the products as well as for the return of the defective products to the Company shall be borne by the latter. If it is established that the defects reported by the user are present, the Company must proceed with the replacement of the defective products or the refund of the money paid immediately, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of receipt by the Company of the defective products.< /p>

The user must fill out the signed withdrawal form (Return Form) within fourteen days. In the event that he does not do so, he loses any right he may have vis-à-vis the Company to demand the sending of the correct product or its replacement with another one without defects or to request a refund of the money he paid for the purchase of the product in question.

Withdrawal – Product/merchandise returns at customer’s expense

Return of products/goods at the customer’s expense is accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer, in cases where the customer in good faith and without abusing the relevant right has changed his mind and no longer wishes the purchase of the product/merchandise using the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is exercised with a clear declaration of this by the consumer to the online address www.grassluxuryturf.com. It is allowed to return the products/goods by the customer himself to the Company’s headquarters after consultation.

The returned product must be in perfect condition in its original packaging, undamaged and accompanied by all documents proving the transaction (Shipping Note/Invoice/Retail Receipt, etc.) as well as a completed the Return Order Form. In any case, you have the rights provided for in Article 5 of Law 2251/94 on consumer protection and in Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code. Change order

Changes to orders are not accepted after they have been completed. If the customer wishes to change, he must cancel the order (as long as it has not been finalized) and proceed with a new order.

Availability of physical products/merchandise If any of the products/merchandise ordered by the customer are not available, the Company will contact him via e-mail and/or telephone, within a reasonable period of time from placing the order, in order to inform him of their likely delivery time. In this case, the customer has the possibility to request the cancellation of the order of the product in question. Any remaining part of his order will be executed normally. In case of failure to provide, then, following the above notification, the order is considered as not being placed, without any liability arising for the Company.

Shipping

The dispatch of the products/goods within Attica takes place in two working days, while the return is made through a courier company after consultation.

For delivery to the buyer, it is necessary to show the courier or his personal pick-up point chosen by the buyer (Branches of couriers) the identity card or passport of the person who requested the order. The order may be delivered to a third party who is legally authorized to do so. The identity or passport details are recorded by the courier/branch staff, who, in the case of delivery to a third party, also retains the authorization document.

The customer’s signature on the relevant Shipping Note is expressly agreed to be full proof of delivery of the order to the beneficiary.

Responsibilities of the company from the sale

The company is responsible for fulfilling the sale in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code as well as those specifically specified in this contract and in the law on distance contracts and consumer protection. It shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or lost profits of the buyer, nor for damage to the reputation, customership or reputation of the buyer, or for the cost of providing substitute products and services, arising from or related to the sales contracts drawn up in this online store or from the use, inability to use or operation or failures of this website.

Also, it is not responsible in the event that you are entitled to a refund of part or all of the price for any delay of the cooperating payment service providers in executing the relevant order that the company has given on time. The company takes due care so that the photos of the products displayed in the online store and in the product catalogs reflect as far as possible the actual condition of the products. The company is not responsible in case of deviation of the photographic representation of the product or its representation in video from its actual image. The company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information or content regarding any products, software or advertisements included in the online shop and in the informative part of the website, as well as for third-party content to which you are referred through hyperlinks from the online shop.

Disclaimer in relation to delivery arrangements: The company cannot guarantee the proper and timely delivery of the Products to you, when the delivery is made through the courier company (therefore there may be a variation in the delivery time), unforeseen weather conditions, cases of strikes, etc. It is pointed out that the delivery date of the Products may be changed for reasons of force majeure or random events and, in general, events beyond the influence and control of the Company. We assure you that we will take care, in the cases where it is possible to inform you and especially for incidents of force majeure or accidents.
